Frequently Asked Questions

  • All appointment are booked online directly from the website. Should you not be able to find what you need, please feel free to contact us via: reception@centrelumi.com

  • Appointments for sick visits open 36-72h in advance. Should your child be too unwell to wait for an appointment, please present to the closest emergency room. Please consider refreshing your screen intermittently as there are many cancellations throughout the day.

  • We are open Monday-Friday from 8:30-16:00. Holiday hours can be found directly on the website.

  • In order to respect government regulations, we take new patients directly from the Guichet d’acces a un medecin de famille (GAMF). Should you be looking for a family doctor we recommend you sign up directly here: https://www.quebec.ca/en/health/finding-a-resource/registering-with-a-family-doctor/

    Our physicians are unable to register through emergency appointments.

  • Our well care is reserved for patients registered under the physicians at the clinic. There are emergency appointments that open to the public via the HUB network. You can access these appointments via 811 or any of the Quebec based scheduling networks.

  • There is plenty of parking available in the lot directly outside the clinic.

  • Yes. There is a ramp to allow access to the building and then elevator access to get to the second floor.

  • Yes. Visits are covered by medicare. Should you not have a medicare card, or if your medicare card is expired, visit fees will be charged.   • If you haven't heard from your doctor within two weeks of doing your test, you have further questions about results you received by email please book a phone consultation. This can be booked online through the book your appointment button.

  • Please check the form to identify the need for a physical exam. If that is necessary, an in person visit must be schedule and can be done directly through the book an appointment button. If the form does not require a physical exam, a telephone consultation can be booked. Please ensure that you send your form at least 72 hours prior to the appointment at reception@centrelumi.com
